I have enjoyed working with sound reinforcement and recording systems since 1991 and every day I still wake up feeling grateful to have a career that I love. When you read through my hundreds of client testimonials you will clearly see that my professionalism, skill, patience, and positive attitude are what separate me from so many other audio engineers.
The decision to start my own company is meant to address the increasing need for high quality audio services provided by professional, competent, friendly audio engineers, at an affordable price. A Sound Objective also fulfills my goals of providing equitable employment for others while simultaneously contributing to nonprofit and philanthropic organizations.

Alex Laipenieks – Audio Engineer
Alex Laipeneieks is an accomplished audio engineer, producer, and musician with more than 20 years experience in the music industry. His academic achievements include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio and Television production from San Francisco State University and working as an Audio Production Lab instructor at San Francisco City College. Aside from recording and producing bands in studios Alex has also become the favorite live sound engineer for a variety of musicians performing around the Bay Area.
